Water…a symbol of purification, cleansing and revival. Our Sacral energy center is connected with the water element reminding us to allow the ebb and flow of what emotionally arises to move like the water moves in the ocean; Sometimes turbulent, sometimes calm. Go with what arises. If you feel happy, feel it fully; if you feel sad, allow sadness to move through; if you feel anger, release it in healthy ways; if you feel peace, share peace with others.

Water provides an opportunity to cleanse unwanted energies or stuck feelings and provides regeneration in the process. Make space for what is waiting to be created for through water, everything is sustained. The process might be messy, but always worth it.
