Everything has a vibrational frequency and sound frequencies impact how we feel. Healing frequencies promote balance within the body, mind and spirit by bringing the frequency back to a state of neutral. This experience will incorporate savasana with sound healing.
Allow yourself to surrender while supported by zero gravity chairs while different tones and frequencies fill the space. Sound healing tools used will include metal and crystal singing bowls, Tingsha bells, ocean drums and crystal pyramids. Sound healing techniques have been practiced for thousands of years and this type of natural healing is gaining popularity in western culture.
Sound healing has many benefits including, but not limited to relaxation, mental, physical and spiritual well-being, energy movement, reduction of chronic pain, lower blood pressure and cholesterol and improved sleep quality.

We’ve explored the body’s energy centers through a 7-part journey with a focuses on one chakra with combined gentle yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, and meditation to balance and restore the flow of energy within. In this final offering, we will bring all these elements together for full energetic integration.
These classes include 60 minutes of guided practice, with an optional 15-minute discussion afterward for questions or reflection.

A time to let go of lower energies like guilt, fear, disappointment, etc… The energy of the Full Moon provides time for forgiveness and inner work for healing, shifting and shedding.
The Full Moon will reach fullness at 12:23 PM (CT) on Friday, May 1, 2026. The energy of this moon falls in Scorpio and brings awareness to deep transformation, healing conversations, and expansive emotions. This Scorpio energy invites you to step into the shadows and confront what you’ve been hiding from. It holds space for you to transform, feel and discern what needs healing.
This Scorpio water energy invites you to explore what is calling from the depths and embrace the rebirth.
The May full moon is also known as the Flower Moon and gets this name from the world coming into full bloom. It highlights abundance, fertility and gratitude for the beauty around us.
This meditation will focus on relaxation, balance and integration through breath, crystals and sound. Sound bowls will be a part of this experience and energy healing through Reiki is always provided to those in our sacred space.

Join us for a tranquil evening of relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation as we blend the soothing practice of Restorative Yoga with the gentle, healing energy of Reiki.
You’ll be guided through supported yoga postures designed to quiet the mind and release physical tension, while Reiki practitioners offer hands-on energy healing to each participant. This unique combination supports deep rest, energetic balance, and emotional ease.
Reiki is a subtle healing technique that promotes balance within the body’s energy system, while Restorative Yoga encourages the body and mind to let go by holding poses for extended periods in a calm, supportive environment.

Journey into energy healing through Reiki. This beginning level of Reiki provides a foundation for self-healing and cultivating a Reiki lifestyle.
During this class, the student will learn the history and philosophy of Reiki, techniques and hand placements for personal healing, and for calming and soothing others. You will also be introduced to the Chakras and how our energy systems play such an important part in our lives. At the end of the class, you will be able to administer Reiki treatments to yourself and when comfortable to others.

Acupuncture treatment will focus on mood balancing, relaxation, improving sleep quality and energy stabilizing acupuncture points. The points selected will be located on the inner ankle, inner wrist, forehead and ear as appropriate for each individual’s needs.

This class will attune you to the second level of Reiki, expanding your ability to work with healing energy. If you’re ready to deepen your Reiki practice, this training is the next step. You will be introduced to three traditional Reiki symbols, each enhancing different aspects of healing:
- Amplify your energy flow
- Support emotional and mental healing
- Send Reiki across distance and time
You’ll learn how to integrate these symbols into your practice, strengthening your ability to offer Reiki to yourself and others—both in person and remotely. By the end of this class, you will be attuned to Reiki Level II, equipped to use the symbols confidently, and able to offer distant Reiki healing.

In this class, students will receive the final traditional symbol in the Usui lineage, along with additional non-traditional symbols. At this level, practitioners are opened to the full flow of Reiki energy. Students will also learn Reiki breathing techniques to further deepen their connection to the practice.
